"Last year, Kevin found out what was wrong with my AC (incorrect parts installed on new unit put in by sellers). I could not get any resolution from sellers, not even the name of the company that put in the wrong unit. He was able to fix problem and offered to write a letter so I could send it to the state for fraud/bbc or wherever I needed to send to fight it. He also fixed a number of things that were missed on home inspection and repair ductwork, including 5 joints in the dryer vent. Today he came to fix the heater with terrible noise. I got a great price, professional work and from the 3 projects/jobs I've had over past 1.5 years, he's my to go guy for all things HVAC related. I've had 3 absolutely awful people/companies prior to this. It's a relief to find a person I can depend and trust for these issues. (Plus he taught me how to clean the ac so I don't have to pay $100/year to have someone spray the ac unit)."

"I was referred to Best Owner by my Naturopath after discussing the need for a better house filtration system on our AC. We also needed to have the duct work under our house replaced as the mice decided to customize it. Kevin and Anje were professional from the very start. "I had a system put in three years ago by another company and it was never installed correctly. The dampers and zones were never set up to work with the new system, and so every time it got cold, the heater quit working. They were VERY rude, and the last time, actually replied to my Yelp by saying I was lying and I was at fault...I was livid. "A good friend of mine recently used Kevin for repairs to his AC unit. He was pleased with the honesty and fairness of Kevin's work and referred me to him. I called Kevin as my AC unit also wasn't functioning. Over the phone, he helped me diagnose and troubleshoot the problem. This is best overall company I have experienced with AC service. My story - I had my AC stop working on Saturday at 3:00 pm (99degree) outside. The company was really helpful - had no issues helping me and coming over to solve my issue. The start capacitor failed on my unit. The service rep was extremely knowledgeable - and helpful. They had no massive mark up for parts or service. I am simply impressed from the overall experience. 100% 5 stars - no need to look for others to solve your issues.

Kevin was great. He came out to replace a cracked inducer motor and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. He offered to make replacing the filters easier in the future by putting a new access door. Though that may seem to be a sell-up, it wasn't. The parts didn't cost much and his hourly rate is very reasonable. He said his goal was to keep the price as low as he could and make sure that I wouldn't need to have my furnace serviced for years. After looking at the quality of work and spending time with speaking with him, I believe him. I would hire him again in a second.

He was extremely thorough and explained everything. He checked the flame rods, burners, heat exchangers, control boards, wiring, inducer fan motors, main blower motors, cleaned furnace housing, and back flushed both secondary heat exchangers to determine if excessive soot was present. He also changed all the furnace filters and checked a room that was not getting enough airflow and discovered the previous owner had put black plastic under the furnace vent, which he removed. Serviced both of our Bryant energy efficient furnaces because they are over 10 years old. He came out in June when one of our furnaces was not working and replaced the igniter. We were so impressed we decided to have him come back to services our furnaces and replace all our furnace filters.
